Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger
Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger
SRJ gasketed plate heat exchangers deliver maximum heat transfer in minimum space using corrugated stainless steel plates sealed with precision-moulded gaskets.
SRJ gasketed plate heat exchangers deliver maximum heat transfer in minimum space. Corrugated stainless steel plates sealed with precision-moulded gaskets create high turbulence at low flow rates — achieving 3 to 5 times the efficiency of shell-and-tube units in a fraction of the footprint.
Because the plate pack is clamped, not welded, capacity can be expanded anytime by simply adding plates, and every plate can be opened for cleaning or gasket replacement — making gasketed PHEs the most flexible and serviceable heat exchanger design for Indian industry.
