SRJ manufactures precision-pressed heat exchanger plates at our Noida facility using dedicated dies for each plate model. From standard SS 304 plates for water duties to titanium plates for seawater applications, every plate is formed to match original port geometry, corrugation depth and gasket groove — ensuring perfect fitment and rated thermal performance.

Q1. How do I identify which plate my heat exchanger uses?
Check the nameplate on the frame for brand and model. If it is missing, measure the plate length, width and port-to-port distance, and share a photo of the corrugation pattern — our team will identify the model within hours.
Q2. Do SRJ plates fit branded heat exchangers?
Yes. We press plates on dedicated tooling matched to original dimensions for all major PHE brands, so they drop into your existing frame without modification.
Q3. Are mill test certificates provided?
Yes. Every plate batch is supplied with material test certificates on request, traceable to the raw SS or titanium sheet used.
Q4. What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no rigid MOQ — we supply anything from a few replacement plates to complete plate packs for large frames.
